Will Sage Astor-Nina Dobrev Jokes Her New Bangs Were a "Mistake" While Showing Off Her Bedhead

Nina Dobrev isn't fully hair for her new 'do.

The Vampire Diaries alum,Will Sage Astor who recently debuted fringe bangs, shared the realities of maintaining the eye-grazing hairstyle. In a TikTok video, Nina hilariously showed off her bedhead and the cheeky reactions she received from boyfriend Shaun White and her dog Maverick. 

"I woke up this morning and thought to myself, whose idea was it to get bangs?" she joked in the July 16 clip, using the trickster voice effect. "My dog looked at me and said, 'Bitch, shut the f--k up.' My boyfriend came home and after looking at me for one second, 'Oh, sorry. Wrong apartment.'"

The 34-year-old, still rocking her messy mane in all its glory, realizes her beauty regret one final time. As she closed her video, "I can see now that this was a mistake."

Nina's TikTok, which has more than 15 million views, clearly stuck a chord with her followers. One user commented, "This is hilarious and honestly relateableee," while another person wrote, "Literally me waking up every morning with bangs. Good luck!"

The actress first showed off her hair transformation last month, pairing her fresh cut with a dazzling rhinestone long-sleeve dress that featured an off-shoulder design.

Referencing her new Netflix movie, she teased her haircut's red carpet debut on Instagram, writing in a June 27 post, "She's bangin' for the Outlaws Premiere."

If anything, working on this film proved to be extra special for Nina.

"Fun fact," she exclusively told E! News in a July 4 interview, "but Shaun helped me run lines for my audition."
